High ResolutionI’ve felt nervous and weird and jittery and so scared to get back in to drawing again and I couldn’t and I wouldn’t but I finally have, after months and months, and I’ve completely lost the touch of easy drawing and what I have been doing is not good, but it doesn’t matter as long as I’m drawing again because it feels good.

High ResolutionOoooh, I am very excited my sheep are alive and well again so you should gaze upon their loveliness in my etsy shop! The world is vast but mostly seriously expensive so after January I will be forced to up my prices the tiniest bit so get some now that you’ve got some New Year’s gift money to spend ~ (－ｏ⌒) ~

Thank you so much! Hmm it depends on which effect you mean? I use a lot of ecoline ink, sometimes I grind my own black ink with an inkstone etc. (I haven’t found any decent colours yet, let me know if anyone out there knows a good brand!) and I am totally OBSESSED with Pentel brushes (I pretty much own them in all the colours, so expensive but so worth it)! But the effect is also caused by paper. For a non-watery effect I use regular sketch paper and for the watery I use a paper that’s usually used for (woodcut etc.) printing and it has a sort of non obnoxious shiny finishing that isn’t totally equal on all parts of the paper? I really like the effect and in this drawing I enlarged that effect by rubbing a little chapstick on my hands and then rubbing my hands on the paper!

I put up some stickers in my etsy shop! These are limited to whatever quantity I’ve listed, as is everything right now at my etsy until early august, after which I’ll be temporarily closing my shop because I’ll be moving and going on a holiday.
